Peaceful, quiet location, just walking distance from the main part of Odeceixe. Gorgeous view from just beyond the back wall. Easy parking and a mercado just across the street. Ricardo was super helpful and offered many great recommendations.

This place is an absolute gem! The location is wonderful - lovely neighborhood, beautiful views, walkable to sites and restaurants. Ricardo is incredibly kind, helpful, and very responsive. The house is a beautiful mix of old and new - they have done a wonderful job maintaining some of the original home while also making updates to allow for a nicer stay. We loved the location, the hosts, and the home. The house was very clean and cozy and cannot express enough how helpful and accommodating the hosts were. The only thing we would say is if you are hoping to stay long term, the kitchen is not the best/most equipped if you hope to cook a lot. It has everything you ned for a shorter stay though or if you don't plan on cooking too much. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it.

This was our second stay at one of Ricardo‘s places. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The location is particularly nice. It’s right across the street from a small grocery store, with lovely proprietors who brought to our door an item that was out-of-stock when we were looking for it earlier and arrived on a delivery the next day. We had what was undoubtedly the best meal of our whole trip to Portugal at Naperon, a one minute walk away. Ricardo is very responsive and check in couldn’t have been easier.

We loved our stay at Ricardo’s place. The location was perfect for walking into the main part of town and we also appreciated how easy it was to connect with the area’s hiking trails. Check in was easy and Ricardo was a great host- very responsive and checked in with us multiple times to make sure things were going smoothly.
