dont book this place, the photos in the listing do not match the place reality.. the furniture are old broken and totally different.. there were missing elements.. the toilet door is a slide door with terrible gap with the wall .. no privacy and if you use the extra bed your head will be next to that gap. when i wanted to cancel after i checked in and saw how diagusting that place was their policy said it will refund 50% .. total scam scheme. I know a scam when i see one! chairs were older than Rome and looked like they were found in the street trash and the wardrob was broken too. the host was a terrible liar, he tried to convince me this when i complained about the broken old disgusting furniture > im qoating " In Italy they are very expensive, we tried to mix the antique style in the rooms so you can enjoy also the traditional things of Italy even in your room" airbnb support sucks too wasnt helpful in any way .. the worst airbnb experience.

Me confirmo la reserva y todo parecía ir bien. El día que debíamos hacer el check-in le hablé mientras iba en camino para avisarle que aún no me decía cómo entrar a la habitación. Según el me dijo que la aplicación de Airbnb no le había reservado la habitación y que ya había gente utilizándola. Esto me causo grandes problemas ya que teníamos maletas grandes y no teníamos donde llegar, y lo otros precios estaban altísimos para reservar el mismo día, así que la pase muy mal toda la mañana y tarde. Otra de mis molestias es que me dijo que YO tenía que cancelar la reserva en Airbnb, siendo que el error no fue mío y el cargo por cancelación era del 50%. Me pareció una mala broma así que pedí asistencia a Airbnb, los que me dijeron que el error había sido de él y que no quería cancelar ya que sería penalizado. Lo sentí una estafa total.

L'appartamento era in posizione comodissima, vicino a Termini ed in un quartiere pieno di ristoranti e locali. Check in autonomo comodissimo, veloce e flessibile.

It was a little difficult to get in because the lock box was not outside of the building but Daniele was extremely helpful and accommodated us showing up later! I would highly recommend this place it is adorable and the view is so great! A true Rome-felt apartment! The restaurant underneath is incredible as well! Great wine, amazing homemade pasta and wonderful service. Thank you for the accommodation!
