We are situated in 20 acres of gated, landscaped grounds featuring lawns, a meadow, putting green, walled veg garden with fountain, woodland, tracks for biking and walking, plenty of tarmac for cars/kids bikes, swings and play areas, private garden with patios, garden furniture, bbq, firepit, private parking spaces and much more. There’s also an abundance of wildlife including pheasants and deer. Sleeping: There are 5 various sized bedrooms with various sized beds (master bedroom superking, bed 2 king, bed 3 double, bed 4 single high sleeper, bed 5 double). There are also several put-up beds (2 doubles and a single but prob best for kids) that can be put wherever you like (there’s lots of space in the bedrooms and elsewhere). All the beds have high quality mattresses with goose down toppers and all duvets and pillows are goose down/feather with Egyptian cotton covers. bedroom 5 is also an office/music room with desks, a full drum kit and electric guitar with amp (not to be played during quiet hours obviously)! Dining/cooking: There is a large open plan kitchen diner with an aga and all the usual things you would find in a family home. The table seats 6-8 but there is another table in the lounge that can be brought through to add another 2/3 places. There are plenty of additional chairs throughout the house and foldaway ones available too. Living: Large lounge with one 4 seater sofa and two 3 seater sofas, plus room for many more along the banquettes that line the rear wall.
