We had a fantastic stay. The house is really lovely and well equipped. Marianne and her friend were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. They helped us book a taxi to and from Lille for the rugby for which we were extremely grateful as we didn’t speak much French! Didier was very helpful & responsive leading up to the stay, helping with contact information for a visa application of one of our guests. Loos-en-gohelle is a lovely small town and we were blown away by how welcoming and friendly everyone we met was! Thank you for giving us such a lovely weekend away!

A beautiful location and a stunning house. The owners were very welcoming and had suggestions of where to visit to keep the children entertained. We used the house as a base with it being pretty much half way between Brussels and Paris it allowed us to easily travel around. The house was great, it had everything we needed. It was clean and comfy. We would 100% recommend.

Endroit idéal pour rayonner dans cette très belle région du Nord, voire de la Belgique. Hôtes super sympas, j'ai déjà conseillé le gîte à des amis et j'y reviendrai sans doute. Merci.

What a lovely place to stay with our family and small dog. Absolutely ideal. Quiet and enclosed. Outside and inside dining space. Really attractively designed inside that mixes old and new. Very well equipped for those self-catering like us. A great base to explore the various graveyards and history of WW1 and coal mining in the area. The Wellington Caverns to the South at Arras were exceptionally good along with the Cabaret-Rouge British Cemetery.

Le gîte est vraiment très agréable, il est conforme à la description. Beaucoup de petites attentions, de petits détails, rendent le séjour très agréable! La literie est très bien, la cuisine très bien équipée. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très charmants. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! e
