We took full advantage of the pool, kitchen, laundry facilities, and suggestions from our hosts. This was a relaxing and beautiful environment for our family vacation. We were so close to many hill towns especially the nearest: Cortona. It was worth the splurge.

We had an amazing stay at Borgo Valecchie. The villa was beautiful. Nicely appointed, the kitchen was well equipped (including two outdoor grills), everything was clean and well maintained overall. We felt right at home. The gardens were beautiful and there were produce available for us to pick. The pool was one of the best parts, enjoyed lazy summer afternoons lounging by the pool. Chiara, Davide and the rest of the family made us feel welcome. They were very friendly and we felt like we were visiting family. We enjoyed the pizza night. Authentic and delicious pizza plus the enjoyable company of the whole family. Also availed of the private dining services, the food was excellent and was a fitting end to our holiday. Would highly recommend this place and wouldn't mind going back. Perfect location and is an easy drive to the grocery and nearby towns. Exactly what we expected and a lot more! Die Unterkunft Borgo Valecchie war wunderschön. Die Umgebung und der Ausblick ist vom Pool aus ist traumhaft. Wir waren zu 9. und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Besitzerfamilie ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend ! Wir haben einen Abend dort zum Pizza Essen verbracht - die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe !! Ich hoffe, wir können nochmal an diesem tollen Ort Urlaub machen.

I cannot recommend staying at this gorgeous villa, hosted by the lovely Baldoni family enough! The pictures don’t do this magical place justice. The views out any window of the villa are stunning; postcard worthy. Chiara and her entire family went above and beyond to make this trip an unforgettable experience. From check in to check out she was readily available to us with anything we might need. The pizza night at their home was a highlight of our week, and just amazing. We also did a cooking class at the villa and it was wonderful too! We stayed at the villa in March and I just can’t imagine how it could’ve been better, except maybe come back when it’s warm so we can use the pool as well! This family will make you feel welcome and treat you so well you won’t want to leave; or at the very least, ready to book with them again asap! I can’t wait to go back. ♥️
