Positive- location is great, just next to the beach and all the restaurants. Alexandros is an amazing host, he waited for us, organized taxis, provide recommendations. You could not ask more from the host! Negative- if you are sensitive to noise in the evening, it’s not the best option

Alexandros was a wonderful host. He was super quick to respond to our questions and requests. The apartment is beautiful and is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Larnaca. I hope to return in the future and will definitely love to stay here again. Thank you Alexandros!

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days in June / July 2023 and have booked it again for September 2023. This comfortable apartment is situated right opposite the Finikoudes beach and is amongst very nice restaurants and bars to suit everyone’s tastes. We love the traditional Greek restaurants and tavernas but there are all the popular food chains, fish restaurants, and places that cater to English and other nationalities. The location offers everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a market quite close by that sells fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, deli and other interesting items. Alex and Martha are great hosts and were on hand to help when we needed. We called them to ask for help with working the electrics and Alex patiently explained things over the phone. We wasn’t getting it, so Martha turned up immediately to help. Thank you Alex and Martha for letting us share your home, wish we didn’t have to leave so soon, but I’m so pleased to be coming back soon.
