Definitely an interesting choice. Large and full of mysterious corners. I don't believe it is everyone's taste, the room we stayed was the basement known as the "The Secret Room." It felt very historical, but it did feel a little damp because it is in fact, a basement. Little too much street noise for me, but the town of Mantua is certainly a great place to stop between big cities. Francesca the host was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information to set us off in the right direction. We went to the Basilica of St. Andrea which turned out to be one of the most beautiful we have seen on the entire trip. Definitely for travelers who bend toward the more adventurous, but the amenities were top notch!

Wir waren sehr entzückt über diese historische Unterkunft ! Die Vorstellung in einen so alten Gebäude zu logieren, war bezaubernd. Auch eine gewisse Demut war spürbar. Mile Grazie, tanti Saluti SIgi

Potenzialmente molto bello purtroppo troppa umidità dannosa per la salute. Struttura B&B privata gestita come in tal senso, 25euro per arrivo dopo le 19 e colazione 10euro aggiuntiva.

A very interesting apartment located in a beautiful piece of Mantua's history. Access to center of town was *excellent* - a great place to stay for those seeking something novel and want easy access to the city. They also have private parking, which was very convenient!
