Nous avons apprécié l’endroit. A quelques kilometres de Wellfleet et près d’une excellente boulangerie. La plage Marconi est à assez proche. La vue depuis la terrasse est charmante. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons aimé l’endroit pour son lieu, son calme, la présence d’arbres matures. L’endroit a des résidents permanents et des locataires court terme. Chaque unité a sa terrasse; celle-ci sert aussi de passage avec les 3 autres unités. L’unité est exposée plein sud. Le Soleil est bien présent. Comme les ouvertures de l’unité se limitent à une porte patio et une petite lucarne, il y fait chaud et la ventilation naturelle est limitée. L’unité est équipée de 4 ventilateurs sur pied et un appareil de climatisation qui gagnerait à être plus efficace. La mezzanine où se trouve les deux matelas jumeaux s’est avérée peu confortable en raison de l’espace restreint entre le sol et son plafond en pente et de la ventilation limitée.

Great location with beautiful views, close to several beaches and biking trails. Beth was helpful and accommodating with lots of local suggestions. I love the skylight- but was grateful I had an eye mask as the natural light can be a little intense in the morning. The shared balcony provided a nice opportunity to chat with other guests. The brand new gas grill was a nice perk!

This was a very clean, cozy, comfortable space in a nice, quiet, convenient location. I appreciated that the space was clean, and my husband and I were very comfortable here for a week. We enjoyed the convenience to Marconi Beach, Wellfleet Center, the drive-in, and Blue Willow Bakery. We saw only once person, two times during the whole week. It was a peaceful, quiet, relaxing vacation!

Beth's place is a gem, and Beth was wonderful. She gave ideas and suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. She was very friendly and made my stay a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay again.
