This home is in the perfect location for a visitor that wants to experience everything that Southern California has to offer. The contemporary Craftsman Home was designed with a contemporary beach home feel while maximizing outdoor living. 72" island open to the family room with seating, and a 15' pocket doors that recesses into the wall. If you are expecting a home that is empty of owners belongings or signs it’s lived in by owners regularly, this is not the house. This is a custom designed by renowned architect Jason Bell. This home is in the perfect location for a visitor that wants to experience everything that Southern California has to offer. Located halfway between LA and San Diego in South Orange County, Armada is walking distance to Salt Creek Beach (it's just over a mile and the way back is up hill making it a workout), less than 5 miles from dozens of southern California's top beaches including Doheny State Park and many of the top Beaches in Laguna Beach, less than 33 miles south of Disney Land and California Adventure Park, 66 miles south of Hollywood, 36 miles north of LegoLand (San Diego/technically Carlsbad), and 64 miles north of SeaWorld San Diego. this property is in the heart of Southern California, far enough south to enjoy the more laid back lifestyle of South Orange County, clean air and less traffic, but close enough to experience, Hollywood and Los Angeles if you choose to. The contemporary Craftsman Home was designed with a contemporary beach home feel while maximizing outdoor living. The kitchen boasts a Viking 6-burner gas stove, a commercial grade 46" refrigerator, a 72" island with seating that opens the living room. The back of the home opens to the back yard with 15' pocket doors that recess into the wall. In addition, the kitchen area boasts a 6' bi-fold window that serves as a pass through and eating area and allows for a perfect flow between the backyard and the kitchen. The owners selected this location after living in Southern California and Orange County for 10 years for it's ideal location that allows one to easily experience all that Southern California has to offer. It's rare to find beach close neighborhoods that are conducive to families with flat bike-able streets, parks, and a lot of younger families. During Peak times including Christmas/New Years, and June- August there is a 6-day minimum stay. The owners use this home a lot throughout the year and when they are not using it, it leases quickly, therefore please check the schedule, availability is limited. Pool heating is $125/day spa heating only is $40/day. If you pay to heat the pool you can also heat the spa as you like. There is one heater that heats both one at a time. Theatre screen drops down, projector can be provided but you will need to download movies and provide laptop to play movies. Guests will need to have technical ability to connect the projector and play it. There’s an outdoor TV behind the grill that is easy to use. Outdoor pool/spa and lighting can be controlled on a timer. Please provide time you want outdoor lighting on. Access provided to pool and spa lighting through Pentair Screen logic of pool/spa heating is paid for. Freezer in main kitchen doesn’t work well. Primarily freezer is in the garage. The projector/outdoor movie is not built in. The projector screen is and comes down with a remote. We will provide a video of how to use the projector. Guest must bring their own lap top to connect/stream to the projector in order to use. Guest must have some technical knowledge. Projector use is not a guaranteed amenity. If guest is not able to use no refund will be provided. There is an outdoor TV at the grill also. Pool is $100/day to heat if prepaid before arrival $150/day if not. Spa is $40/day to heat if prepaid, $75/day if not.

This place is a really cool home to stay for an extended trip. Not too far from the beach and a lot of restaurants close by. Nice and safe neighborhood, quite all day and night. Shevy was a great host and didn’t take forever to respond via text whenever I had a question unlike some other Airbnb hosts. I will also make mention that the showers in this home are AMAZING. Especially the one downstairs with a wet sauna built in. I miss it already hahaha. All in all, this home is gorgeous and Shevy was awesome to do business with. Book this place.

Lovely home and perfect for a large group. Space for everyone one to come together and have their private rooms too. The kitchen and family space is ideal. Can't wait to return.

Great location. Nice open-spaced home. Plenty of bedrooms. Backyard had a b-ball hoop which was fun. The house had all the essentials plus more. Park right around the corner that you could walk to. 10 min drive to Salt Creek.
