The apartment is in a beautiful location! The view from the balcany is amazing. Very easy to walk to the train station. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Can swim in the sea right in front of the building. But... The building is old and dated. Awful smell in the bathrooms all the time, even if doors closed. Toilet a bit dirty. Curtains didn't close, so was hard to sleep. There was no swimming pool! It was under construction and this hadn't been mentioned. Big minus. There were 5 of us, but only 4 towels etc. Car parking very difficult in a tiny garage. Only suitable for a small car. We we're no allowed to use the air conditioning. She would have taken an extra price. We didn't agree, so she to the remotes away. Sandy was very friendly, but difficult to understand her english. Also it took 2 hours for her to show us the places before she left, extremely talkative! So location perfect. The smell horrible. Hard to park a car.

Sandy foi muito simpática, prestativa e atenciosa….sempre disponível…um amor de pessoa. O apartamento é e exatamente como descrito nas fotos. Possui uma vista espetacular….amamos acordar todas as manhãs olhando aquele mar que nos dava bom dia…cozinha bem equipada.. camas muito confortáveis e lençóis de excelente qualidade.. localização excelente.. fácil acesso para conhecer a Riviera… o apartamento fica dentro de um condomínio que te oferece uma infinidade de opções de restaurantes, supermercado, lojas de roupas e acessórios, papelaria… super recomendo.. amamos nossa estadia!! Obrigado Sandy mais uma vez pela excelente hospitalidade!!

Sandy vous accueille comme des amis, on a eu les instructions et recommandations habituelles ainsi que l’histoire des immeubles de la Marina. On a passé un très bon séjour et on s’est bien reposé (literie excellente et environnement calme) Merci encore à Sandy pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Je vous recommande

Great location, very nice place! Close to the train for day trip to Cannes, Nice, Eze and Monaco.

Everything was superb. The view, the apartment, the location, the accessibility to the train station, restaurants, groceries. We loved it. Absolutely no negatives.
