Absolutely amazing house on beuatiful grounds. Perfect location for a family holiday . Will definitely be back. Both John and his wife were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. 10/10

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, organised a Hen here for 14 people and it was perfect for our needs. Easy to find using Google maps, beautiful views from the house and approx 30 min drive to Kilkenny City. Spacious and well-proportioned rooms. Outdoor space gorgeous too with fairy lights for night time. John was a perfect host responding quickly to queries ahead of our arrival and during our stay. There's a little cottage on site too which we hadn't realised before inquiring, John let us know and we booked it too to have the space exclusively for our group. Altogether between the two buildings you could accommodate up to 19, or 14 people very comfortably in our case. Just looking for an excuse to go back!

We had a wonderful stay. We were 2 families staying together with lots of kids. This bnb was the highlight of the kids trip. There was so much space for them to run around and play with nature. Jon was wonderful so friendly and great stories. Him and his wife went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and comfortable. We loved the basket of treats and fresh made bread they left for our group. I would recommend this air bnb to anyone and everyone.

John was a brilliant host, very friendly and helpful. Responded quickly, gave great information. The cottage is beautiful, in a quiet location surrounded by great views. It is well kept, very pretty, clean and has lots of character. John's wife kindly made us some fresh bread, there were snacks left in the kitchen on our arrival, and we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant and warm stay

The home is a renovated hundreds year old home. Very quaint ant cozy. John as very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time together!
