If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This was the most amazing experience. I called at the last moment because my original Airbnb reservation was unacceptable. I arrived just as the kitchen at the restaurant was closing and the owner was so nice. She rushed to get an order in for me and then arranged to let me eat outside on a patio so my 3 dogs, who had been in the car for 91/2 hours, could wander around while I ate dinner. She arranged a room that was extremely convenient for getting my dogs in and out without disturbing other hotel guests and was otherwise so gracious. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very straight forward and simple process. Great clean environment. The dinner at the the resteraunt was fantastic. The rooms were also far more spacious than I expected.

The room was warm and inviting. the HV/AC unit worked well and did kept the room temperature consistent. The only criticism is that was somewhat loud every time it turned on.

Such a nice quaint place! We love Cottonwood Falls and now have a great place to stay

We loved our stay at Suzan’s, beautiful peaceful historic hotel that gave you timelessness feelings. highly recommended!
