Very easy to find, close to both the station and the major attractions of the city including the rugby ground. We didn’t find outside noise a problem, even though the roosting sea gulls could be heard. We enjoyed eating out in the city. We can recommend Sally Lunn’s Bunn Shop for a local version of afternoon tea, the cafe next to the Crystal Palace pub on Abbey Green for a good value and tasty breakfast, and another cafe in Kingsmead St for some unusual choices for breakfast (I tried their Brazilian style one). We can also recommend the Chequers pub for fine dining, and the Pulteney Arms for a traditional Sunday lunch. Bath has many great pubs, and if you want to meet the locals, rather then other visitors, we would suggest seeking out any of the Star, Bell or Old Green Tree pubs.

We had a great 2-night stay in the apartment which was brilliantly located. Bath offered culture, shopping and great food!
