Kommunikasjonen med Muro var enkel, og han var vennlig og forekommende. Rommet var stort nok for oss to, og alt fungerte. Så alt i alt er vi godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

Booked the place for 4 nights. When my mom and I arrived at the location, we stroke by the fact that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with steep stairs and no elevator. My mom couldn't go up so, Muro offered us another location which was a hotel room (base floor). I believe he did what he could do. He also offered us breakfast for 1 day. The hotel had another owner as I checked with the staff. Muro explained that we should have read the apartment description carefully, which allegedly says the apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. He also said we cannot cancel the booking for a refund. Being in Istanbul at a busy time of the new year, moving to a new apartment was too much hassle. So we accepted the offer. We CHEKCED the apartment description AGAIN: It says nothing about the apartment being on 3rd floor and having no elevator!! Long story short, we booked an apartment with 2 beds and full amenities and had to move to a 3-star hotel room with 1 bed and not much!

Todo bien, las fotos coinciden el lugar esta cerca de todo, barrio tranquilo, la ubicación que aparece en la app no es la correcta esta a unos 150 metros, del resto todo en orden

the location is perfect you can get everywhere on foot, the room we were in was clean and spacious, the staff are nice and help you in any way they can. if i go back to istanbul i will repeat there
