自我介绍

Hello this is Elizabeth (Janet’s daughter) below you will find the reason I am hosting this lovely Bed and Breakfast. My mother was my world ,she was the most generous person and opened her home to all ,made them feel at home and everyone keeps coming back. Sadly we lost her suddenly but we are continuing her beautiful B&B as best as we can. Her passion on meeting people and wanting to learn about all their journeys was invaluable. This was her listing and "about me" is found below : Hello everybody, my name is Janet, born and brought up in the north east of England and I came to Greece to satisfy my appetite for travel and foreign countries. Sadly that was 35 years ago and since then have only travelled between Athens and Newcastle upon Tyne! Although in the meantime I did marry a wonderful Greek man and had two amazing children (girl & boy 26 & 24 now). I recently turned the tables at last and went for a few days to Rome with my daughter and had a great time being a tourist instead of hosting tourists! I absolutely love meeting people from all corners of the world and making them feel welcome, like long lost friends or relatives, into our home. This started as my own personal passion but it has infected my husband too who enjoys this way of life just as much as myself now! My ambition is to travel all over the world accepting all those great invitations we have received from the wonderful people who have passed through our home. Ahhh.... one of these days!! Don't get much time for reading these days but love to get buried in a great book, would love to see as many musicals, plays, live concerts as humanly possible (but don't get much chance) and love Indian food ! Of course Greek food is amazing too !! My motto in life is to smile, smile, smile - no matter what obstacle is put in your path! This precious life we have is not a dress rehearsal so enjoy it every day!
