Huge 4-bedroom home with ducted air conditioning, Wi-Fi, boat parking and backing on the golf course. 34a Lawson Street is a brand new, four-bedroom, 2 storey fully secured rear battle-axe home with Nelson Bay Golf Course as your backyard where you can enjoy the golfing facilities or just sit back and enjoy watching the kangaroos and wildlife. Downstairs is the open plan living area with ducted air-conditioning, this area provides a wall mounted Smart TV with foxtel sports channels, Wi-Fi throughout and fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, Espressotoria Coffee Machine (BYO Pods) and loads of stone bench tops to prepare the family meals and seating for 3. The living area has a large 8 seater table. There is also the third bathroom located downstairs, it has a shower, toilet, and vanity. Four large bedroom and a living area for children with a TV located upstairs, with all bedrooms having the comfort of ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom having a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity and a fold up bed and port-a-cot for your convenience. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The laundry is in the double garage and provides a top loader washing machine, out the back is a clothesline and the bonus of a hot /cold outdoor shower, so you can wash off after coming home from the beach. The property also provides driveway parking for 3 cars, or a boat (up to 21 foot)/jetski and the owners have provided a swing set for the children to play. The fenced off side of the house has a long synthetic turf area for the children to play in all weather as well as a large concreted rear section right on the golf course for family BBQ's. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

McGrath Port Stephens is located prominently in the heart of Nelson Bay and open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Guests collect keys for the property they are staying at from our front reception, if collection is after hours we have a collection box at our office which the guest will receive access details and codes.
