We stayed in C3. It was very clean and only one block from Washington Ave. Like others have said, the walls are thin so you do hear your neighbors, however, you get used to it. We would stay there again!

The place was great! Super adorable, great location, and wonderful hosts. The walls were a bit thin and neighbors were noisy but the host handled it well.

Great location! Floors appeared brand new and everything was clean. They responded quickly to my phone call about the air conditioning not working and had it fixed immediately. It is an old building so walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors.

Resort was in a perfect location, right within downtown. Clean and cute apartment. Staff was very helpful!

What a wonderful stay! The Serendipity locations are perfect if you love OddSide Ales, The Toasted Pickle, Patricia’s, Portabella and being just a short walk to the waterfront in Grand Haven. We stayed in unit C3 and enjoyed amazing water pressure in the shower, a separate sleeping space for my husband and I and a comfy futon for my daughter. We also loved having the kitchen so we had a place for left-overs, as well as for preparing snacks and breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the large table was perfect for playing card games and board games, as well as holding our snacks and refreshments. We appreciated the assigned parking spot, as well as the friendly staff at the office who responded by message and in-person to our questions. They really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
