A lovely location, great for exploring local seaside towns, Tintagel Castle, and Boscastle for the Witchcraft Museum! Not too far to Eden Project either. Our toddler loved the outdoor play area. Beds comfy and so handy to have a washing machine and dishwasher! Would love to stay again.

Lovely location. Helen is very friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of information left about nearby amenities which was very useful. It was lovely to walk through the door to be greeted with a few treats for us and our dog - very welcoming.

We had the best week staying in the swallows barn. The place was very comfortable and clean . It has brilliant facilities, this included lots for our 2 year old daughter from cutlery to toys/games. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. The location was great for exploring Cornwall and Helen left lots of helpful recommendations and suggestions. The accommodation is extremely dog friendly and our lab had the best time. Helen was very responsive to messages and was so helpful. Thank you so much Helen for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We hope to be back soon!

Swallows is an absolute gem of a place from which to explore Cornwall. The property is immaculate and extremely comfortable and Helen is an outstanding hostess. Thank you again Helen. We loved it and will definitely book again.
