Ralph and Linnea were great: gracious, friendly, communicative... couldn't ask for better hosts. The living area was spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet, and reasonably private, although it was not closed off from the upstairs house. The only fly in the ointment was the excessively soft bed. Neither of us could sleep on it well. Box springs + foam mattress + 2-3 inch memory foam topper is like sleeping on a marshmallow. Maybe some people like that, I don't know. I hated to ding them a couple of stars because of it, but the main thing we were looking for is a bed. If you DO NOT want an extremely soft bed, let them know and they will remove the topper.

This airbnb was very accommodating. Linnea made us feel right at home when we met her. It was nice to be able to reserve 2 areas for our family, (with adult kids) a bed/suite and an extra bedroom. This worked out perfectly and we appreciated it. When in Topeka, I highly recommend staying at their home.

Great value. Very friendly and not to far of I70. Great hosts, really good banana bread and went out of their way to accommodate us. This was our 3rd time here...we will be back.
