The house was as described...it had a great backyard and we barbequed and kayaked. Also great to sit by the ocean. The restaurant next door was very busy and there were people eating on the pier but the noise level was minimal if any and everyone was very friendly and respectable. The house had all the amenities for the beach that you may need. It very closely matched the description and photos and we were very pleased overall.

This is a very charming gem located right on the water. Ideal for snorkelling as there were a variety of fish to be seen each day right off the dock, and fantastic for the fishing enthusiasts. I haven't been to any place that you could catch 4 feet fish from shore. The yard was spacious and a great place to relax after a long day exploring the island. We will definitely be back soon!

We loved 🥰 our stay by the beautiful ocean 🌊 we kayaked to sea glass island and it was amazing !!! Beds were comfy, home was very clean and we loved the big speaker for our afternoon music by ocean it was just wonderful we would highly recommend this air b n b and will be back !

I absolutely loved Ivans house. I loved waking up to the ocean views and having the different outdoor lounge spaces. I enjoyed being able to snorkel right off the dock & swim (or kayak) across the waterway to the little island. The bed was comfortable and the shower water did get warm, despite there only having the one blue nozzle. There were always people on the dock at the busy restaurant next door, which is positioned in a way that it is almost directly in front of the yard but it didn't bother me. My only complaint was when I came back from a swim there were two strangers in the yard who I assumed were gardeners (they did not speak english so I wasn't able to communicate with them) without warning or prior notification. After notifying Ivan he contacted them immediately to leave saying they were there on a day they were not supposed to be. I appreciated the quick response. I really enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here again when I make it back to Aruba.

Casa Luba beach house is a great place to stay if you like quiet, relaxing and peaceful location. Far away from crowds, busy and loud hotels. Ivan’s place has everything that you possibly need to spend a week at Caribbean Sea . Private beach, canoe, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, even bidet in one of the bathrooms. The only thing that could possibly be a disappointment, is the neighbor-ship with a very famous restaurant Zeerover. Their gazebo on the water turned exactly toward your private beach, and you can see , and hear people ( but only when approaching the sea.) Also the fishy smell when they are cooking and cleaning, but only when you are in the water , ready to take a swim . Nothing smells in the house or on the patio. Nevertheless, we had a dream vacation, and would like to be back next time! Thank you Ivan!
