Villa konumu mukemmel, hem merkeze cok yakin hemde trafik veya park sorunu yok. Villa tertemizdi. fotoraflarda gorundugunden daha iyi bir manzarasi var. odalar genis ve rahat. Evde gereken hersey mevcut en ine ayrintisina kadar dusunulmus.herkese tavsiye ederim.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gianluca’s villa. It’s really private with a great pool & access to the sea. We could also walk to the Tamara hotel at the end of the road & have sun down drink & wander back for a bbq. The Kas peninsula is my favourite area in Kas/Kalkan & love being there, so much that we have already booked the villa for next year. There were some maintenance issues at the villa but Gianluca was right on it and they were dealt with as quickly as possible

During our recent stay at Gianluca's Airbnb in Kas, Turkey, we were truly amazed by the experience. Gianluca, the owner, deserves special mention for his exceptional hospitality. He responded promptly to all our inquiries and made us feel incredibly welcome. Kas, as a destination, is simply captivating. Its natural beauty and charm left an indelible mark on us, and we're already planning our return visit. Gianluca's property is perfectly situated to explore this enchanting town, offering stunning Mediterranean views that are even more breathtaking in person. As for the property itself, the photos online don't do it justice. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by tasteful décor, spacious rooms, and meticulous attention to detail that instantly made us feel at home. The villa's panoramic views, especially during the colorful sunsets over the sea, left us in awe. Amazing!

This house has an incredible view especially from the top master bedroom. We truly enjoyed every second of our time here in early season. Access to the sea was a cherry on top. I also truly appreciate Gianluca that always checked us if we would need anything. Would definetely be back

In general we were happy to stay in the villa. We stayed over the New Year holidays out of season, so our experience might be slightly different from the summer season. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: + close to the sea (almost a private beach) + great view + large villa + everything is there (dishwasher, washing machine) + the owners were always ready to help + cats :) + working fireplace Cons: - bad internet connection (as if no connection). They tried to improve it but without luck. Mobile internet is much better. Had to buy sim cards - additional swimming pool cleaning fees - One of the beds was full of hair - Very bad dampness smell in the Mermaid's Aquarium loft apartment - The hot water boiler is very small and is enough for a maximum of 2-3 people. There were 8 of us and many had to wait quite a long time until the boiler heated the water - There are only 2 sunbeds next to the pool and the sea. But almost everyone wanted to sunbathe in the sun
