房东的联络主动、热情、反应迅速，入住十分顺利。房子的位置相当不错；距离阿尔比老城区中心在惬意的步行距离内。打开窗户即能看到阿尔比大教堂。但比起照片所示，房子比预期的要小，事实上它是一个多层公寓的顶层阁楼改建而来。私人停车库在这样的地段十分难得且便利，楼下的餐厅在tripadvisor的当地推荐上排名非常靠前，因而热门到我们逗留的两天内都没能有机会吃上一次。房主对有限空间的安排合理而充满了心思，房子最多可以入住6人。但个人推荐不超过4人，会是更理想的入住人数。

Très bonne surprise à l'arrivée car le logement est très agréable et correspond tout à fait à la description mais au moment de cuisiner déception car les équipements de la cuisine sont pour certains obsolètes. ( planche à découper usagée et pas très propre, couteaux de cuisine qui ne coupent pas, lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas, les queues de casseroles ne sont pas fixées correctement et enfin les 2 plaques de cuisson 1 ne fonctionne pas du tout et l'autre en puissance maximum 20 mn pour faire bouillir de l'eau pour du riz. Dernière chose dans la salle de bain il manque un rideau à la fenêtre qui aurait été retiré par la conciergerie et cela est très gênant car beaucoup de vis à vis. Bel appartement mais déçue par la cuisine car après avoir rempli le frigo nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité de cuisiner des plats chauds donc perte de l'alimention et frais supplémentaires non prévus

L’apartament és tal i com es veu a les fotografies, bonic, ordenat i còmode. Això sí, no hi ha ascensor i són dos plantes. Tot i això val molt la pena, les vistes són fantàstiques. Està decorat amb molt bon gust i alhora confortable. Excel•lent!

The apartment’s location was excellent, situated just a quick bridge crossing away from the old town of Albi. The view of the Cathedral was breathtaking. The interior of the apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. As it is a loft, there are no enclosed bedrooms, which might be a consideration for those seeking privacy. However, the beds are arranged in such a way that occupants cannot see each other, but can hear one another. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, convenient for families with young children. The primary drawback was the presence of a pigeon nest within the wall near my bed, which frequently disturbed my sleep during the night. This issue might be challenging due to it being a problem in old towns where pigeons are prevalent. Additionally, the street was undergoing construction, leading to an unclean entrance to the building, and the apartment itself was not cleaned to a professional standard. Despite these issues, the apartment was outstanding.
