We had a comfortable stay at this condo with plenty of space to spread out. It was as described in other reviews, the condo is dated and there are stains on the carpets, the blinds did not all work and we never got the fireplace to work, could have been our error. However, we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the deck, beds in all three bedrooms were comfortable (except the one in the loft area), kitchen was good and up to date and it was nice to have individual bathrooms for all three bedrooms. The garage and 2nd parking space outside of it was nice. Very close to a market/liquor store. It was definitely worth the price we paid, which was reasonable.

If you’re looking for a place to stay with a group on a ski trip, this place is as good as it gets without actually being at Vail Resort. It’s not exactly walkable, like the description says, but the bus is right outside the place and is only two stops away from Vail Village. The place is extremely spacious and sleeps many, with rooms large enough to set up additional bedding, if needed. That said, they claim to only allow 2 “free” places to park; one in the garage and one in the driveway, even though there’s plenty of room for more in front of the house. While I understand this may be a rule beyond their control, they offer no recommendations for alternative overnight parking spots. This is huge problem for larger groups. Anytime we messaged the company for recommendations, we’d get what seemed to be automated responses. It would have been helpful to have an actual person giving clear advice. Overall, the Vacasa could be better hosts, but it’s hard to complain when there’s a hot tub!
