This was a perfect place to holiday with our friends. The property is just as described and was immaculate. Instructions were very clear. I cooked evening meals on a number of evenings and found the kitchen very well equipped. The nearby bay is beautiful and, during our visit, not crowded. The Wavecrest Cafe is well worth a visit. Whilst we did not see much of our hosts, which suited us, we knew they were available to help if required. We loved the visits to the garden by the chickens. We only wish the weather, it was rather breezy, had permitted us to fire up the barbecue!

A tasteful and comfortable house, with spacious rooms. The house is set amid lovely scenery. It is a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the lovely walks on Anglesey. If you do like to settle in, after a day’s walking, for an evening with some screen entertainment, there is a DVD player, so bring DVDs. There is limited WiFi so streaming entertainment is not really possible (and mobile signals are also patchy!).

When we arrived at Church Bay after a long journey, the hosts had put the Christmas lights on and the fire was lit. It was so lovely and welcoming. There were two presents under the small Christmas tree, which my 7yr old daughter was absolutely thrilled with. There was also a small tree in her bedroom with a card which told her about a chocolate santa hunt. She loved finding the little chocolate santas all hidden around the house. The pictures do not do this lovely house justice, it was much bigger than we thought. Spotlessly clean, all the bedding was of a lovely quality so a very comfortable sleep. The log burner was glorious and made the living room a sumptuous and warm place to relax. Overall loved it, our only critique is the electric heating for the rest of the house was very expensive and didn't really heat the fabric of the building. The kitchen/dining room was very cold so cooking caused a lot of condensation. The same for the bathroom. 7days = Electric £120 -40 logs £105

Great place Great Location Great hosts, what else do we need. Amazing sea view with wonderful country side feel. Campers site a few minutes walk away which gave me festival like feeling, disconnect yourself from the buzz of towns and enjoy your stay at this wonderful place
