We hebben erg genoten tijdens onze tijd in Laiya. Diana reageerde erg snel en goed, ook was haar conciërge erg behulpzaam. Het huisje zelf was super schoon en de airco was ook prettig. De locatie van het huisje zelf is goed, het ligt op een rustige plek. Je kunt via de rivier bij het strand komen, ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Pas wel op dat het ook vloed wordt, dan is deze rivier slecht beloopbaar. Je moet dan zwemmen naar het strand. Dit is meestal midden op de dag, in de ochtend en avond is de rivier goed te belopen. Het strand zelf was erg mooi en het water was blauw.

Great place to stay. Very responsive host and caretaker is very attentive to our needs. 10mins away from beach resorts at an affordable price. Very safe subdivision. Great place to relax and unwind!!!

Yay: Diana has been a great host. Communication with her, Ate Edna and Ate Nanette have been smooth. Her place was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the kitchen tools and beddings were all available for use. Place is also very near the other beach resorts and the access to the public beach via the river is a short walk. Nay: The wall fan was not working when we arrived though this was communicated to us a little after we arrived at the place. The first step of the stairs is damaged by termites so you have to be mindful when you go up and down the loft. Aircon is good in the lower part of the house so the living room and dining area are cool, but the air conditioning doesn't reach the loft where the beds are, and it makes the bedroom not so cozy. Also, one socket near the fridge doesn't work. Hope they get these sorted out soon. Nevertheless, our stay has been great and will definitely book this place again when we return to Laiya.
