Jungnam was very easy to deal with and very flexible on arrival and departure times. The apartment is in a great location and offered great value for money as is a large comfortable place.

The place was well described and self contained with great access within walking distance to Central. Good spot for a personal or business trip. Small problem with the water which Jungnam (Bryan) bent over backwards to help us with. No problem recommending this place to other people.

This place is at very good location, just one corner from MTR station Sheung Wan. You can easy go everywhere, if you want to explore Hong Kong. Apartment is not so big, but quite big for Hong Kong. Bed is very good, bathroom is big and new. Owner is very busy, but he send us document with detailed instructions how to come to apartment and how to use everything in apartment. He even buy brand new catle for us, because we wanted to prepare tea. And there is his maid - she wait for us in apartment and come back to pick up keys. Good apartment at good location with very organized and flexibile owner.

Brian made us feel very welcomed. He was very easy to communicate with. Even before we started our trip, Brian sent us detailed information about his house so we could familiarize ourselves with his amenities. Brian was very friendly and helpful. He was also open to our questions and concerns. It was easy to get the keys from Brian and the check-out process was smooth. My boyfriend left his sweater at the apartment when we left. Brian was very kind in offering to mail the sweater back to us. The description was very accurate. The apartment was as the photos showed. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Neighbourhood was very convenient. There were many 7/11's and restaurants around. Apartment was very close to the MTR.

Perfect small, clean and quiet apartment in the middle of Sheung Wan, close to metro station and easy walk to Central. Elevator building and friendly doorman as well. Bathroom is a little tight for Western standards, but modern and clean, plumbing and hot water work great.
