The place is accessible by normal saloon car and well equip with kitchen utensils, toileteries, as well as clean bedsheets with no bed bugs! It was a great value for money and you wont find a better deal like Southern Comfort. The place is a perfect place for families with young children. My daughter was upset as there were no tv and that what was the purpose of the quick weekend gateaway from Brunei 🇧🇳 No gadgets at all! i purposely left our gadget charger back at home. Phone signals are low but still able to communicate with John for minor things.

Beautiful well constructed wooden chalet with a river stream flowing just beside the lookout/bbq area. It’s the best of both world, where you can sleep surrounded by nature yet provided with amenities and utilities making the stay comfortable and convenient. John and Lincoln are helpful and warm hosts, proactive in communication prior to checking in and made us felt welcome. In summary, a quaint little place befitting for a group of family/friends to bond over the bbq fireplace for a night or two, easily accessible with normal vehicle and near to Lawas town for groceries replenishment.
