We felt taken care of, our hosts were good conversationalists. Their Air B & B was close to the wedding we were attending. The breakfasts were delicous and creative. I really appreciated, when we informed Constance that we had to leave to catch an early ferry, that she supplied us with yummy homemade granola and milk the night before we left. The instructions to get to her place were so helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we were kept warm in our suite which was much needed because the weather was at times rainy and temperature were quite cool. When I was reading, I loved the view of the gardens and the sound of birds. And they have a small library of books to read.
Suite is cozy, has all the amenities you would need surrounded by a beautiful yard. Very quiet and peaceful!
Colin and Connie were excellent hosts that made our trip to Cortes Island, one to remember. Aside from the excellent homemade breakfast, their place was beautiful, serene and private. They were closely located to Smelt Bay and just a short driving distance to many beautiful hikes. They especially made extra effort to make our stay comfortable especially after a late night on a bioluminescence kayaking tour we were on. We wholeheartedly recommend their place to another traveler looking to explore the beauty Cortes Island.
Our recent stay at Constance at Brillant by the Sea was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location itself is a serene oasis making it the perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility and natural beauty. However, what truly sets this place apart is the warm hospitality of its hosts, Constance and Colin. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. The accommodations were impeccable and thoughtfully provided.
