Thoughtful, private, well-appointed, convenient and cosy. This place checked all the boxes. Very well thought out design throughout with all of the „homey” touches you expect from someone who cares and thinks through the guest experience. Dedicated parking that was generous for an SUV. Kitchen was super well appointed anything I thought „I wonder if there is ...” it was there. The design of all of the windows and openings was really thought through in terms of light privacy and cross ventilation — didn’t really need the air conditioning at night the hosue stayed cool due to design and smart use of stone materials. Ample seating for entertaining / dinners inside and out. Really nice dining table inside that I used for smart-working set up so had a lot of space. Bathroom was simple and small but practical and nice materials was traveling alone — it definitely was made for one person at once. Linen sheets were a nice touch and lots of storage in bedroom For clothing. The location cannot be beat. Everything on the island is about 25-40 mins away in the NW area that you’d want to go to including La Maddalena and Caprera ferry only 12 mins away. This location was close to everything and had its own public beach about 3 minute drive down the road. It was quite and peaceful. I would highly recommend this casetta to anyone who wants something a little more extra - ordinary and special. Comfortable and well priced and excellent hospitality service. Brava to Maria!

Das Appartment ist eins von vier kleinen Häuschen auf einem weitläufig abgelegenen Grundstück. Die Eigentümer wohnen ebenfalls dort. Uns persönlich hat der Meerblick gefehlt. Man wird mit einem kleinen „Überlebenspaket“ aus Pasta, Soße, Marmelade und Gewürzen begrüßt. Die Häuser sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, egal ob fürs selber kochen oder vergessene Kleinigkeiten wie Pflaster, Mückenspray etc. Es gibt jederzeit frisches Quellwasser zum selber Zapfen. Zum Essen gehen, Einkaufen, Beachen oder für Aktivitäten braucht man ein Auto. Maria gibt einem gute Tipps. Als wir dort waren gab es sehr viele Fliegen. Preis-Leistung hat für uns nicht ganz gestimmt. Der Pool, der sich im Bau befindet wird das Anwesen attraktiver gestalten.

Thanks for the great stay! We enjoyed the modern apartment, the great area and our little toddler was entertained by watching the cats. Everything fine!

La propriété est d’une beauté véritablement remarquable, la région superbe également. Un séjour très agréable. Seuls bémols: une promiscuité avec les terrasses des voisins que nous n’avions pas remarquée lors de la réservation, et nous aurions apprécié davantage de recommandations de notre hôte en réponse à nos questions sur la Sardaigne.
