It was an amazing trip. nice facilities, swim pool ，Karaoke， billiard, and fantastic views from villa. very supportive and hospitality servants help a lot while we cooked foods.

Reky was a wonderful host! We checked into the Airbnb at a late hour and he and his staff were very accommodating and made sure we were checked in comfortably. During our stay Reky made sure we were happy and all our needs were met. He was very professional and would go the extra step by being our tour guide as well at any hour of the day. Our expectations were exceeded and we hope to be able to book with Reky again!

It was a splendid experience to stay at Villa Puri Bali Stania, a breathtaking view with clean air, cool breeze, and cozy like Bali experience like no other in the near area.

The best villa ever. Excellent services. Mang Asep, Bu Wija and the others really helpfull and nimble. The villa is exquisite, we were greeted with bali music, it’s like we were really in Bali. It’s exactly like in the pictures, clean, spacious, bright, they even have this distinctive Bali fragrance and I can’t even find where it’s come from. The next morning we were surprised by the arrival of the pony. The kids were really happy! They were crying this morning, because they don’t want to go home. Overall, we really love this villa and the services, definitely will be back.

Sorry to have to leave a bad review but it was not a so good experience that my family felt after 2 night stayed here. The place was good, looked exactly like it does on the ,pictures, very spacious, quite and also calming place. But too bad their facility such as wifi not provided (they said it's down since the rain) also the TV Cable, no international channel provided. The staff that stayed there not in professional manner, they're late to prepare the eating utensils and they defense it with an excuse that it's because they just finished cleaning all room, which it's their job. Extra bed not included in the price, and the host didn't give an explanation on the first place, so we complained, since the house could accomodate max 22 person, so we thought the price is all in. For the communication side with the host, is not helpfull,  very late reply. I already talked to their management about all the issues that my family experienced, and they already say sorry, but the disapointment is already there. Hope my not-so-good experienced will not happen to others family. And also in the future Puri Bali will improving their sevices, since our expectation is so high at the first time my family found this place on AirBnB.
