Dona is really very friendly and welcoming. She puts us very quickly at ease and she is available if we need anything. In addition, the house is very well decorated and very clean. It's very coocooning and you get used to it quickly. Beautiful park near the house. The nearest metro is Marques de Vadillo not even 10 min walk as the bus. Good location to get to the big squares of Madrid such as Plaza Mayor or Gran Via. Such a good housing !

The place is more than perfect. It’s a bit far from the nearest metro station (7-10min) walk but it’s a beautiful place. The flat is super clean and modern furnished and the kitchen is full equipped. You can feel like You are a home. Anna super nice girl and very helpful and friendly as well. The neighborhood is very good, there are many shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets around, everything you want you can find it. I definitely recommend that place.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to a beautiful park, not far from the city center. It's very clean, modern and stylish, has a great bathroom and kitchen! I was staying in the winter and because there's central heating in the apartment it wasn't cold (compared to many other Madrid apartments). The room itself is quite simple, but it has everything and looks nice and cute. I think this accommodation a great value for money and I recommend it!

Ana vous accueille dans son appartement avec bienveillance en vous présentant vos espaces privés. j'ai apprecié de pouvoir disposer de tous les équipements pour être autonome et ne pas avoir à sortir (cuisine complète et lave linge). L'appartement est paisible, très joli, fonctionnel et très propre, en plus d'être bien situé (metros bus parcs) pour une femme seule je n'ai pas eu d'inquiétude à rentrer à pieds chaque soir.
