The home is very spacious overall with the 4 queen beds our crew was very comfortable! The upstairs was clean, but when we first walked in it smelled a little musty so we had to buy spray to freshen the air, but easy fix. The kitchen is in need of new silverware and the cabinets could use a cleaning and some organization. Downstairs was very spacious, but seems like it could use a deep clean. Carpets stained and just seemed not real clean. Overall this home worked for what we needed and location for our needs was perfect. I believe with just a few minor things listed above you would be happy staying here.
Lots of space for us, our grown children and 2 grandkids. Ping-pong and covered terrace were terrific. Sad that there was no recycling bin, although Melissa told us that previous guests had not recycled properly. AirBnB folks: can you make recycling a priority for your guests? Thank you so much.
Perfect location!
Nice quiet location with plenty of room and a nice deck area. Short ride to downtown and Broadway.
