Tony's place is in a picturesque Tuscan village and has a truly stunning view from every room. It is beautifully designed and nicely appointed. The kitchen is furnished with good appliances and plenty of utensils. The bathroom is large and has a simple but luxurious feel. There are two bedrooms (one bed is better than the other, but both are OK), work space for those who need it, and a really lovely living area with comfortable places to sit and read or drink Tuscan wine. The apartment is both charming and comfortable, though it does get very hot in the summer (and there is no AC). Tony was a terrific host--extremely responsive, very quick to sort out any issues, and always very kind. I would return to his place, and would recommend it heartily.

Super appartement, fonctionnel et charmant dans un joli village. Les habitants sont très accueillants. Lit confortable et cuisine bien équipée. Le restaurant du village est très bon. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter :-)

Tony and his appartment are a dream for everyone seeking a calm and peaceful place in southern Tuscany. We could see that the interior is really tasteful selected, everything is equiped for a long stay and Tony was really quick reachable whenever needes. Location is really nice as you can reach Grosetto, beaches and more within ~30-40 minutes by car. Recommend to arrive by car as the beautiful village is located on a hill a bit outside. Would come definetely again when we are around.

We had a wonderful 9 days stay in Tony‘s house. It is lovely furnished and you have everything you need to feel welcome and home. We also enjoyed the beautiful view out of the windows over the tuscanian landscape and the little town Campagnatico where you find everything what you need. Tony’s house is a lovely place where you can calm down and explore Tuscany. We would come back and recommend it.
