Aaron’s place is well located, but overall conditions are poor. The floor was dirty, there was broken galss in the backyard, AC wasn’t working for half of out stay. There are no kitchen utensils, we had to go out and buy cups ans cutting knifes (very basic items in an AirBnb). A chair in the backyeard was broken and one of my friends fell from it. Very old and poor quality for the price. We tried to negotiate with Aaron after he left, but he was unresponsive. We had to reach to AirBnb and they are mediating it now.

On the same day of checking in, host let us know he can offer us a bigger house in another place. We went there and it did look big enough. Location is very convenient and host is actively in solving our request. Just the room itself is not super clean, we told the host, they said they will pay more attention after.

Double booked the airbnb residence, put us up in another condo near the beach, but that condo is listed at $250 cheaper per weekend on his own website. I’m no accountant, but sounds like a scam to me. The condo was fine, but would not recommend booking through his site or Airbnb if you are expecting to book into the place you expected to stay at, or be compensated in anyway for his error. Not recommended.
