Absolutely fabulous villa, 8 adults and plenty of space. Inside and out the space was great, beautiful pool , comfy sun beds. We had a cars ( as you would need to get out and about) but plenty of Ubers/ Taxis about too. Rui was very friendly and helpful, answered any queries quickly. He initially met us as we arrived late at night, to show us where the villa was. On arrival we had wine, cheese and fresh fruit waiting for us which was a welcomed surprise! Would highly recommend And will be back again!

Lots of positive points, we were a group of 9 plus baby lots of space for us to come together or have our privacy. Nice gardens plenty of sunbeds dotted around nice pool, the property is very good value for money There are only a couple of points that made me knock down from 5 stars Firstly the full postcode is not given with the directions, we found the correct postcode on our apple airtags, before we had this the uber drivers had a problem finding it Secondly the removal of rubbish, I am used to staying in airbnbs and they ask you to remove rubbish from the house and put it in the bins provided and I think this is a perfectly acceptable request. However, Rui does not provide bins for you when I asked where to put it Rui said there are containers on the street, the nearest one we could find was a 25minute walk away, we did not have a car so this was extremely inconvenient and this is the only thing that would put me off returning, I would recommend Rui gets a container for guests

We loved our stay at Rui and Maria’s place. The villas are absolutely stunning . We were a party of 9 over two families and plenty of space and privacy from each other ! We loved the pool, and the views from the windmill especially at sundown are spectacular . It’s not far from Faro and Olhao but far away enough to feel like you are secluded . We had a lovely friendly greeting from the hosts who showed us around the villa and then left us to it. Rui was very responsive to any questions we asked during the week. We would highly recommend this property and it’s hosts.

vielen Dank,Rui ist ein toller Gastgeber ,das Haus ist fantastisch und super ausgestattet.Die Kommunikation mit Rui war sehr gut.Rui hat mir den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht und konnte mur bei einem Persönlichen problem schnell weiterhelfen.Ich kann seine Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
