Caterina's place is in a very quiet area and we, as a family with 2 children (5 and 1.5), were very happy about this. The cubic stone did not bother us with the stroller because it is very close to the main road and parking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great restaurant (Antica Trattoria Del Risorgimento) and bread shop very close. The 2 floors with stairs were very funny for the children 🙂. At the end, my 5-year-old daughter said that she will miss the lady with the red glasses, Caterina 🥰 so thank you very much for your kindness.

We loved the place and Caterina was awesome. The location was quiet and within walking distance to a little grocery store, lakeside and restaurants. A very charming and authentic stay in a beautiful village on Lake Como. We highly recommend. Thank you Caterina!

Beautiful. So many sights to see whatever the Weather. We found the boat to be very comparable to the bus costings. We chose the boat as you get to see so much more. Tip: The bus to the Apartment is only available from San Giovanni station now. Beware of travelling the bus at end of school time as you will get trampled. Tip: getting an all day ticket for the boat is great value and you can visit hop on and off all day. Breath-taking views everywhere all the Villages we idyllic for different reasons. Beware if you have babes in pushchairs it is not good terrain. Our accommodation surroundings has a very good explorative walk up to the Church along the avenues and alleyways not to be missed especially at sun set. Wish we had booked a longer stay. To return to Como we took the slow boat from Leno which stopped at many other locations. Very beautiful Journey.

Caterina was an exceptional hostess and her place is absolutely beautiful. She provides more than expected amenities and information regarding the highlights of the area. She went above and beyond to help us find her because of our faulty navigation system. We so enjoyed our time in Lake Como region both in exploring and relaxing.
