Just returned from a lovely week in France. Lots to see and do in the area and a lovely quiet location to return to after a busy day. The pool was perfect and even though it was shared with two other properties it was always quiet.

Great stay! We loved the Petite Maison with the sunny bedrooms, open living plan, and charming furnishings. Arriving in late March, and leaving in early May, we saw the spring arrive. The property has flowering trees, various plants as well as wildflowers. The last few days roses bloomed by the front door, and lilies of the valley at the back. We were mostly two, but had one set of three guests and another singleton- worked well . Having Excideuil within walking distance, charming cafés, three boulangeries, a great butcher, Thursday market and a supermarket was super. Lovely walks. In March and the 1st half of April, the nights were very cool, and we were glad for heaters that kept us warm. For the 5-1/2-6 weeks that we were there, the heat cost less than $300. The one challenge was sporadic internet. For social interactions it was workable, but problematic for business meetings. Richard and Luisa did their best to fix the internet, and were overall warm and helpful hosts.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans la petite maison . Très bon accueil , je conseille vivement cet endroit pour visiter le Périgord vert . Merci Richard Jacky
