Prices incl. breakfast buffet. Pets and kids are not permitted. The Surfhouse offers four double bedrooms and two twin bedroom, each room with a private bathroom. On the ground floor there is an exclusively furnished community kitchen, a laundry room, a comfortable dining room, and a cozy living room with tv and dvd, having a direct access to one of the two spacious sun terraces. The entire house has wireless Internet access, as well as DVDs, books, games and detailed tourist information about the various activities and excursions in the area. The extensive garden with its pool, lots of green space and its own little forest has plenty of space to practice yoga, play a football game or just relax in one of the hammocks.

La Surfhouse de Katherina es una opción increible para pasar unos días o semanas de descanso. La casa es simplemente maravillosa: con muchísima luz, abierta al jardin, cada habitación con camas grandes y cómodas, con balcón, cuartos de baño individuales en cada una, cocina muy amplia y bonita, etc. Pero lo mejor es la anfitriona. Katherina es una persona maravillosa que ha hecho que la estancia fuese inolvidable. Es una magnífica profesora de surf, gran cocinera, muy divertida y siempre atenta a que la estancia fuese maravillosa. Sólo puedo recomendarlo a cualquiera que quiera descansar y/o aprender surf.

The Surf House As Furnas is located in the northern Spanish region of Galicia, in the small village of Xuño, on the western Atlantic coast.
The good Galician cousine is one of its tourist pillars. The excellent quality and variety of local products serve as a basis for diverse delicacies and dishes. The people are friendly and the area around the Surf House is completely untouched by mass tourism.
The place Xuño, with its nearly 1,000 inhabitants, has a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, three restaurants and bars. The Surf House is located in the hills at the foot of the mountain A Curota, which offers a variety of routes for both cycling and hiking. The view from the top is unique, ranging from the islands of Cies up to Finisterre, also known as the end of the world. From the house it is just a 5 minutes walk to the two beaches As Furnas and Rio Sieira.
In addition to the ideal conditions for surfing, the area around the Surf House also offers a wide range of activities and excursions.
Whether you choose beach volleyball, fishing, snorkeling, rock climbing, horse riding, scuba diving or sailing with a partner in the area, you’ll definitely find something to suit your taste.
But if sport alone is not enough for you, there is a number of interesting destinations, ranging from the impressive Celtic settlement in the neighbourhood of Castro de Baroña, the Galician capital Santiago de Compostela, to fishing villages and their charming ports such as Rianxo and Pobra do Caramiñal.
