Kate & Dav were phenomenal hosts. From a truly warm welcoming to going above & beyond to make us feel at home. Their cottage is a lovely stay with a cozy feel, in a perfect neighborhood. We cannot thank Kate & Dav enough for making our stay in SF memorable.

Loved loved loved staying with Kate and Dav - I stayed with them for 3 months and it’s absolutely incredible. The family is so warm and welcoming. Whenever we had any specific requests (e.g. short term parking permit), they were really responsive and accommodating. The cottage is really modern, clean, quiet, but located in a convenient spot in mission with plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars near by. Highly highly recommended - will definitely try to come back one day if Kate and Dav continue hosting :))

A hidden gem hosted by Kate and her family. This picturesque cottage is a delightful escape. Its serene charm and thoughtful design provide a cozy retreat that feels like home. From a tranquil garden to the warm hospitality, every moment here was a treasure. Located in Mission with lots of great restaurants nearby. Wonderful experience, don't wait too long to book it if available

There aren't enough superlatives to describe Kate's cottage adequately. On the edges of a busy neighborhood, it's quiet, tranquil, breezy, and sunny. Spacious but with cozy nooks too. Top-notch appointments throughout. More storage than my full-time home. Super friendly, fun, generous host family. Bonus: Jet, the dog! Sad to leave but happy to have stayed; feel like I made new friends, too. Highly, highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Kate & Dav's place. This was my second time visiting and it felt just like home. The hosts were available 24/7 to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
