I absolutely loved staying at Ambers place. It was cozy and felt like home, close to my university (not that close to main LA, but nothing you can’t solve by taking the bus to get to the main city avenues). Amber was always responsive, fixed any problem with the place right away and had a friendly communication as well. I would definetly go back <3

Nice area. Amber was very responsive and understanding when we had to cut our stay short due to the WGA’s writers strike. We will be back and look forward to staying at this ABnB if it’s available!

My partner and I had a great stay at Ambers. It was close to what we needed like groceries and such. Not incredibly far from Hollywood or Burbank. Its a good place for no more than two people. The downsides I would say is we had to continually deal with ants. And dont expect great internet. On a good day we got 12 mbps when they told us it would be way faster.

Amber’s guest house is very clean and modern. It was a perfect place to spend few days before our move-in closer to Downtown. Thank you!

PROS: - Amber is very considerate, understanding and always responded to my messages almost immediately. Any issue I had, she fixed it right away. - AirBnB is nicely remodeled inside - Great AC units - Kitchen is nicely renovated with a large fridge CONS: - Neighborhood did not feel safe. Make sure to do research on Arleta. - People were frequently fraternizing immediately outside of the AirBnB front door. This occurred on multiple occasions which was frustrating due to noise issues. (Occurred on 4th of July which is understandable but also, several times prior to and after the 4th) - Consistent problems with the WiFi (not best when you’re on zoom/ dependent on reliable internet) - Minimal storage
