Sam跟Martina人实在太好！房子非常的漂亮，布置得非常温馨，而且还是海景房咧！厨房有洗衣机，实在方便。附近有一家大超市，购物很方便，餐馆众多，随意选择。因为靠近海滩，停车位比较难找，要见缝插针。

Martina herself is like the sister/best friend we never had. Always there and receptive when needed, always anxious to please and assist. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. Quite spacious for two but would accommodate more quite nicely. Fully equipped and spotless as many have mentioned. Very well appointed and decorated. Extremely inviting. The city of Nice, especially the area around Martina’s place, to us was like the best of Manhattan (our point of reference) and then some in a sophisticated and manageable setting. Small group tours are reasonably priced, informative, and enjoyable. We love NY but are not quite over this perfect one week getaway. Definitely a bit longer next time and with select family perhaps.

Martina was an excellent host. She conveyed her messages accurately with us. She met us as agreed to help with parking, keys and instructions. We were keen to see some matches with the Rugby World Cup so she managed to find and book us restaurants (she even came to one of the restaurants to explain to the staff of our requirements) Martina also gave us ideas for sightseeing. On departure she met us with umbrellas and a smile even though it was raining outside. Nice is a wonderful place to visit and also as a hub to see other places like Monaco, Eze etc. Her apartment was splendid; all the amenities and more... Will definitely be back to book her place when in town next. Keep up the good work Martina, you're a great ambassador for both Air BNB and Nice, France. Love Alan & Julie
