David’s place was perfect for our family of five, including me and my partner, our 3 year old son, and my partner’s parents, who are in their 70s. The house was located in the beautiful neighborhood of Seltjarnarnes, an easy drive into downtown Reykjavík. It was a comfortable space for all of us, with plenty of bathrooms, amenities, and more than enough space for everyone to move around. There were even some toys for my 3 year old son to play with during our stay. David and his family were very accommodating given our initial flight was canceled due to weather. We were incredibly happy and thankful to have such a peaceful place to come home to during our visit.

Exactly what we were looking for! David's home is very conveniently located and easy to find. It was a great launching off point for all of our adventures. Plenty of space for my wife and I along with our three teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out so people could find privacy and great gathering spaces when we wanted to be together. Wonderful space and we hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

It was a very nice holiday on Iceland. Especially the nice and cosy accommodation contributed a lot to it. Everything was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable. David gave us a plenty of tips which were really helpfull. The communication was easy and fast too. We were 5 adults and 1 child and had more than enough space! Also the location was good. By bus we could go to the centre of Reykjavik in 20 min and the bus stop is only 2 min walking distance from the accommodation. Also the possibility to see the northern lights is very good from the light house nearby. All in all it was a very nice stay in a comfortable and clean accommodation with lots of space. Thanks a lot David!

L’emplacement de l’habitation est parfait, à la fois près du centre ville et dans un quartier calme où nous avons à quelques centaines de mètres de la maison pu admirer des aurores boréales. La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille. L’hôte a facilité notre séjour en nous donnant de précieux conseils sur la vie à Reykjavik. Merci à Davio.

Warm and comfortable house that had plenty of space. Decorated for Christmas and very welcoming. Exceptionally clean . Great location for our visit - easy to travel to sights further away from city centre but also delightful next to the sea for bird watching /dipping your feet in a hot spring pool and visiting the local swimming baths .
