A private cottage in a BnB. This was a sweet comfortable place much needed after a long drive! She left me some nibbles as well for breakfast which was readily accepted.

We spent four nights with Martina, Larry and Ted (the friendly little dog) at their lovely cottage while visiting the Westport area for a short holiday and would happily recommend it for anyone looking to explore this amazing part of the country. Larry was there to greet us when we arrived and show us to the cottage which was very well appointed, spotless, and stocked with some breafast essentials to get us through the first morning. The next few days were packed with family activities and the location of the cottage was perfect for us to get to them all. It was also very nice to get back in the evenings and relax in a more secluded and peaceful location away from the crowds. Our stay was both comfortable and relaxing and will definitey book again when we return to the area.

We loved our stay at Martina's cottage. From booking until departure, our hosts were realy helpful and easy to contact. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the west coast by car and local towns of Newport and Castlebar. Castlebar ideal for supermarket shop and we loved our Lebanese takeaway from the Olive Tree. Meanwhile Newport has great pubs and butchers to tap into! The cottage was ideal for our dog with ample space to stretch his legs and for us, a lovely spot to chill - unbelievably comfortable sofa to crash on after a day of hiking! Definately recommend this spot to anyone exploring CO.Mayo!

House was ideal for us and our lovely dog. We were pleasantly surprised with the layout of the house and most importantly the outdoor space for our dog who enjoyed his time there. We found the location perfect it was very central to our holiday needs. Martina was very hospitable and very helpful which added greatly to our break away and food in house on arrival was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this airbnb. and especially to animal lovers.
