We had a lovely time at Balila. They arranged pick up from Ubud for us and back to the airport too which was very helpful. The staff were very friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed yoga in the mornings, and also had a massage on site. The bedroom (lotus room) had a beautiful view for the veranda. It did get quite warm, fans were provided. The fly nets over the beds were very appreciated as the semi rural setting meant lots of mosquitoes at dusk and dawn. The pool and views from the pool were amazing, ocean one side and mountain the other. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday providing everything you would need on site. Thanks Made and team!

L’endroit est juste magnifique. Reposant on ne peut pas être plus prêt de l’océan, le bruit des vagues est presque trop fort en marrée haute ! 🤣 Le warung e dessous et ceux autour sont très bien , j’ai adoy Nashi goreng see frood, cuisine locale tout ce que j’aime. Travaux en cours ce qui était pas toujours agréable mais bon, faut bien….. Rien d’autre à faire que de se poser sur la plage et surfer. Un peu loin de tout si vous êtes pieds. Je recommande cet endroit.

The whole place was just great, very quiet & peaceful, the room (Lily) was great, especially the balcony and view, everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great, too, and the restaurant served great dinner, as well :) would definitely come back, this was one of the best places I stayed at during my trip!
