Unit was as described: tidy w/ beautiful ocean views, but the lanais felt cramped. Kitchen was clean & well stocked. Bathroom didn't have enough of the larger towels (3 for 4 people), & when I called about more, the 1st customer service person initially refused my request (she said just rewash the other ones just like you do at home) until I told her "well at home, I usually have 1 towel for my hair & 1 for my body." She was also very condescending when we had problems setting up the wifi despite *exactly* following the instructions. She first said "many other guests" had "no problems" but when we investigated further, it turns out it was a wider wifi outage with the building, not just us. Tech support came on day 2 but still couldn't fix it. By day 3 without wifi, we received some compensation and a much kinder & apologetic customer service person as well as a call from manager. Kids enjoyed the slides but the pools were cold & the hot tub was murky. Expected more for $1k total/night.

What a beautiful place with the most amazing views of the beach and sunrise. This place had everything you needed as far as pool, beach and walking paths. There is a safeway, Starbucks, souvenir shop, ice cream and other restaurants right across the road.

Expect amazing sunrises, luxury rooms and a pool that’s fun for all ages. The beach has a very solid protective reef which brings down the shore break but just remember to wear some water shoes or stay lighted footed because it’s a bit rough. Overall this place is amazing and well worth the money.
