I’m a travel nurse and stayed here with my boyfriend and dogs. Russell was super accommodating to any circumstances that popped up. This place was great for getting to the hospital and was within walking distance to the dog park, grocery store and a busy Modesto strip where you can run all your errands. I also enjoyed being right off the path of a superb walking trail. If I ever take another travel assignment in Modesto I’ll be sure to try and rebook this place.

Russels place is lovely filled with little surprises and special touches all throughout. We had everything thing and more than we needed, and Russel was helpful and provided a very useful and exciting local guide!

Perfect cozy little place in a cool neighborhood. Met and exceeded our expectations. M.y wife and I stayed 2 months there with our 2 small dogs and the abundantly shaded area over the yard was a plus! Our hosts were available to answer any questions. A wonderfully unique stay that made us feel at home.

My boyfriend and I spent three months at the Rock n’ Roll Cottage. It was a wonderful experience! The kitchen is spacious and the cottage is very cozy. Any issues we ran in to were immediately addressed by the host. The downtown location was convenient, though street parking was difficult at times. If I’m ever back in the area I would love to stay here again!
