We loved our stay and Chania Urban Living! Everything was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The space was large and we had plenty of room. Be aware that this is not super close to the city center. You can walk but it's not the nicest walk. It was fine for us because most of our activities were out from Chania anyway. One thing that we really loved was that there was a phone on the first floor with pre-programmed numbers to order a taxi, food, and coffee! We used this a couple times to order and taxi in English and it was so easy. A taxi to the city center was 7-8 Euros, so that was a nice alternative to walking. Also, be aware that there is not an air conditioner in the smaller bedroom. However, the air conditioner in the living room was powerful enough to cool that one off fairly quickly, as long as you are OK with sleeping with the door open. The shared rooftop area and private balconies were also really nice. There were a lot of loud neighborhood dogs that kept us from enjoying them sometimes, but you couldn't hear the dogs when you were indoors. Overall, would definitely recommend Chania Urban Living!

Aggeliki is a great host. She is very helpful. We found very convenient and thankful when we arrived Crete in the dark and a rental car representative was right there greeting our family, which was arranged by Aggeliki. Her rooms are very clean and stylish. It has nearly everything you can think of. Right downstairs across the road there are mini market and a local restaurant which opens until midnight and provides very delicious Greek food at very reasonable price. It was indeed an exciting finding for our family. Overall great experience and highly recommend. Would definitely love to stay again.
