The floating house is perfect. a beautiful house in a peaceful location only a ten minute tram ride from the centre of Amsterdam. the sunsets from the roof terrace are stunning and the house is a calm and beautiful space to relax after a busy day out. thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

Agréable maison familiale dans laquelle on se sent bien dès les premiers instants 🫶🏻 Auro est bienveillant et attentionné ! Derk est arrangeant et réactif ! Malgré une météo automnale en plein mois d’août, nous avons bien profité de notre séjour grâce à la proximité d’Amsterdam centre (15 min en tram). Sur place, parking souterrain. Bcp de restaus très bons à proximité. Literie confortable et environnement calme 👍🏻

It’s a beautiful home in a very private location far from the city center crowds and noise. Surrounding water is absolutely surreal. The house is located just a short walk from the tram station and gives a great connection to the central station. It’s a real home so there’s absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house is child friendly and our primary-school-age kids loved every minute spent in it. Communication was excellent and the host was very accommodating. I’d love to come back one day.

Thank you Floor & Derk - this review is an easy one ;-) This floating house is absolutely perfect and we totally loved everything there! Directly on the water (stunning view directly from the living room), modern design, lovely decorated interior, clean and very cosy. It's even much more nicer than on the pictures - a truly unique experience. The neigbourhood is very quiet and relaxed. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes by food - the city center is reached within 15 min. by tram. We also have to thank Auro, the friendly neighbour, who made check-in/-out very comfortable and was very helpful on any matter. Highest recommendations from us!
