We stayed at Dostlar Evi for two weeks, wanting to relax with our 3 little children. Mevlüt's place was fantastic for us. The garden is a little paradise on earth, were the children kept exploring and 'gardening'. They didn't get bored for a minute. Mevlüt and his family are great hosts and good people. Always helpful (e.g. organised airport transfer; our stroller broke and they helped getting it fixed, even driving me to the local mechanic) and friendly, loving and patient with the kids (my son sometimes went to the 'general' kitchen and got something to eat or fresh orange juice). In the garden there's cats, chicken, sometimes turtles and their dog - he loved the kids and was very patient, even with our toddler crawling all over him, and we didn't have any concerns letting him do so. Apart from that, the bungalows are spacious, clean and with mosquito nets, but not luxurious. Breakfast was great. The muezzin was tolerable for us, kids didn't weak up. Walking distance to the beach.

It was a great stay! We booked a bungalow and a room at Mevlüt's place for 6 people and didn't regret it.The staff was extremely helpful and solved all our requests right away. Special thanks to Andrew! The bungalow had its own pretty space in front of the entrance with a hammock, big surprise for our kids. The room was very cozy with a small romantic balcony where it's such a pleasure to have a glass of wine and nice chat with your loved ones. Although the whole place is not big, each bungalow/room has its own space and you don't have much contact with other vacationers. The breakfast was very delicious with freshly baked pancakes, omelettes, fried eggs, vegetables, watermelon, fresh orange juice, just yummy! The mosque located close to the hotel adds to the local charm (be ready to listen to the muezzin prayers several times a day 😉). The location is great: food stores just 8min away, empty beach (in mid June) just 10min walk, the bazar every Tuesday with local food and souvenirs.

The atmosphere at Mevlüt's house was friendly and pleasant. We felt very welcome and Mevlüt and Andrej paid so much attention to us that our stay was homely. Breakfast in the garden every morning, cute chickens running around, orange trees and the scent of flowers all made for an unforgettable experience. I think this place would be suitable not only for a weekend getaway, but also for an extended stay. Just by coming here, you won't want to leave.

It s a quiet place for those who want to get away from the city. The staff is quiet helpful. The beach and the sea are amazing. Prices are high there.
