The Rabbit Hole is an adorable and cozy 1300 sqft, Eco-Friendly private guest suite / secondary unit in a lower, garden level of a raised ranch, inspired by the family of rabbits that lives in our front yard. PLEASE NOTE - A $150 Cleaning fee will be collected after booking, through the Resolution Center. Please read the entire listing. This is a Garden Level Private Guest Suite in a Raised Ranch, with a private entrance. Owner lives upstairs. Our home uses non-toxic and chemical free cleaning supplies, soaps, and detergents, amenable to those with allergies and/or chemical sensitivities. The Rabbit Hole is a family friendly, transitional-modern 3 bedroom suite with some fun surprises sprinkled in for the children! Owner lives upstairs, guests will have a private entrance with keyless self-checkin, one garage parking spot and 2 driveway spots. You'll have full access to the backyard patio & garden as well as the fenced in front yard. The living room was designed for entertainment and comes complete with a 65 inch Samsung Frame TV with 7.1 surround sound. Curl up on the modular sectional sofa, login to your favorite streaming service and enjoy a fully immersive movie experience on the Klipsch Heritage Home Theater Bar. The in ceiling speakers and sub-woofer round out the sound experience so you can enjoy movie night with friends & family. Guests can also configure the sectional in multiple arrangements or create a giant daybed for movie night! The dining table doubles as a game table. Remove the leaf tops and gather around the table for game night. Grab a deck of cards for Poker night or choose from our expanding selection of family-friendly games. If you have any special game requests, let us know as we'll be adding more games based on guest's recommendations. **KITCHEN** Our brand new kitchen doesn't have a traditional gas range stove/oven or dishwasher. But we provide multiple options for cooking meals including a 2-burner induction cooktop, combination microwave, convection oven, air fryer and electric skillet/hot pot cooker. We're also happy to offer the outdoor BBQ Grill to our guests as well. Most kitchen essentials are provided, including coffee, tea, spices and oils. A convenience store is just 5 minutes away if you need to grab snacks or milk for your coffee when you first arrive. Brew yourself a hot pot of coffee in the morning with the Ninja Hot and Cold Brew machine which also makes cold brew and iced tea. **MASTER BEDROOM* The master bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. A single closet, dresser and armoire is available for guests. 3 windows provide plenty of natural light with blackout roller shades for when you want to sleep in. Multiple lighting options and a ceiling fan are available for your comfort. The master bedroom also has an adjustable height standing desk with 27 inch Dell Monitor, wireless keyboard and magic trackpad. **ZEN ROOM* The second bedroom features 2 windows, multiple lighting options and a full/double bed with fluffy mattress topper and plenty of closet space to hang your clothes and put your luggage away. **MUSIC ROOM** The third bedroom is our music themed room which features a Helix twin daybed with a separate twin trundle, perfect for the kids but works for adults as well, as long as you don't mind sleeping on a twin. The award-winning organic Helix twin mattress features a 2-sided design, firmer side for younger children (3-7) and softer side soft for older kids (8-12) and is naturally hypoallergenic and chemical free. You'll also find a few musical instruments in this room for both adults and kids. **THE RABBIT ROOM** Children will love the Rabbit Room under the stairs where they'll find some toys and fun lights to play with, books to read, comfy pillows and blanket for an afternoon nap. It's also large enough for an overnight sleep for a child and boasts an incredibly comfortable extra firm organic latex mattress. **OUTDOOR** Our patio is a work in progress and will be completed soon. It is currently available for guests to sit outside and enjoy the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee or take in a warm Mile High summer's evening by the fire pit. Owner's private deck is located on the upper level. Air Conditioning and Heater is shared with the owners, however we want our guests to be comfortable at all times. The NEST thermostat is located upstairs in the owners' living quarters but guests will be able to control the temperature via the provided iPad. Extra space heaters and fans are provided for each bedroom. Enjoy GOTS and/or Oeko-Tex certified linens, and made from all natural fabrics, like 100% cotton, wool and flax linen, promoting purity, comfort and breathability. The master bedroom includes premium wool comforter and pillows with extra blankets and pillows provided. The Rabbit Hole is perfect for groups of 2-6 people but has enough creative sleeping options to sleep 8 people, depending on your group's sleeping preferences. The large modular sofa can be attached to form an extra sleeping space and small children can sleep comfortably in the Rabbit Room. Please let us know if your group consists of more than 6 people.
